OUR STORY
Extreme Fitness of Florence is a Family Owned Gym established in 2001 by Jason and Misty Weatherford. Extreme Fitness resides in the building where Jason's grandfather and father ran their family owned business "Weatherford Aluminum", If the walls could talk, they would tell stories of strength, determination, and perseverance. They would also share details of setbacks, then gladly speak of the great comebacks that followed. The building and land that securely holds our gym means a lot to Jason. He grew up loving this land and now has the opportunity to watch his children do the same. Extreme Fitness is not just a gym, or a building, it's HOME! It's also a reminder that "doing your best" is not an option, but the only way!
At Extreme Fitness, we consider members "family" and want them to feel like our gym is their "home". We have members who have been with us from day one and Personal Trainers we've known for decades. We strongly believe it's important to support one another in all aspects of life. This is what keeps our GYM FAMILY COMING BACK! We are stable, sturdy, strong, and secure! We are the constant in our members lives, the safe place where members know they will always receive encouragement and support! While we believe in providing our members with only the best, we also understand it takes more than a modern gym environment and state of the art equipment to achieve goals, sometimes it's takes a TEAM cheering you on. We've proudly built that team, and invite you to join us!
